rr Fault Code 15 - AirVolution/AirLegacy Troubleshooting (Public)

An rr fault (fault code 15 on the touchscreen) is a dynamic braking resistor fault. This is an error with internal VFD components. It is possible that a power cycle can fix this (leave the incoming power off for at least 2 minutes), but if the error persists after a power cycle, contact MacroAir Technical Support for further troubleshooting.
