Your Motor Cable Leads Are Not Labeled. Will The Equipment Be Damaged If They Are Hooked Up In The Wrong Order?

The worst that will happen if leads 1, 2, and 3 from the VFD are not landed in the correct order on leads 1, 2, and 3 on the motor is that the motor will spin in the reverse rotation. Swapping two of the leads will reverse this rotation. Mixing up these leads will not damage any equipment as long as everything else is wired correctly.
