If a Controller 30 or Dual Controller is not lighting up, perform the following checks to determine where the issue lies.
1. Ensure that the two wires for the power supply are landed on the correct terminals. If one of the wires is on the ground terminal, the screen will not light up.
2. Switch around the two wires. The wires are visually identical, but one is positive and one is negative and need to be on the corresponding terminals.
3. Confirm that you are getting 24VDC between the + and - terminals.
4. Confirm that the power supply is plugged in.
5. Confirm there is adequate 120V coming from the socket where the power supply is plugged in.
6. Try a second screen or a second power supply if either one is handy to see where the issue stays.
